DVDPatcher

Die Freeware gaukelt den MPEG-Editierprogrammen eine andere Auflösung vor - wichtig für die Umwandlung von SVCDs.

Die Authoring-Programme verweigern bei der SVCD-Auflösung von 480x576 Punkten ihren Dienst. Mit der Freeware DVDPatcher spielen Sie den MPEG-Editierprogrammen eine andere Auflösung vor, so dass auch SVCDs umgewandelt werden können.

Und so geht´s:
Starten Sie das kleine Tool und importieren Sie oben per "Browse" Ihre Video-only-Datei mit der Endung M2V. Markieren Sie im Feld "Bitrate" den Eintrag "Custom" und geben Sie exakte die Video-Bitrate ein, die der DVDPatcher im rechten Fenster in blauer Schrift anzeigt. Das ist sehr wichtig, da sich sonst die Dateigrößen massiv ändern würden.

Im Feld "Size" setzen Sie nun die horizontale Auflösung auf 352 und stellen unterhalb des Eintrags "Patch" sicher, dass "Entitle File" angewählt ist. Jetzt können Sie das Video per "Patch now!" neu schreiben.

Cuttermaran ist ein Video-Schnittprogramm, mit dem man MPEG1 und MPEG2 Videos ohne Neuberechnung schneiden kann. Besonderer Wert wird hier auf einen möglichst exakten Audioschnitt gelegt, dadurch wird die Asynchronität der Audiospur zur Videospur nach dem Schnitt minimiert.
Die Video-Datei muss im demuxten Zustand vorliegen, d.h. die ggf. vorliegende mpg-Datei muss in ihren Audio- und Videoteil aufgesplittet worden sein.
Cuttermaran kann mehrere Audio Streams gleichzeitig schneiden, unterstützt jetzt Kommandozeile, hat eine mehrsprachige Oberfläche, ein größeres Vorschaufenster, erlaubt die Einstellung einer Bitrate zum Re-Encoding der GOP und hat eine verbesserte Audio-Erkennung. Es kann nun mit Hilfe von TMPGEnc an ALLEN Frames geschnitten werden, dazu wird ggf. ein GOP neu kodiert!

Seit nero release 6.6 wurde die importfunktion für vcd/svcd geändert.
ich meine verschlimmbessert - zwar wurde die möglichkeit des "überprüfe dateien nach brennen" jetzt auch für vcd/svcd hinzugefügt, dafür dauert das importieren der dateien doppelt so lang, auch die überprüfungskriterien (standard-vcd/svcd) wurden so geändert, das zuvor anstandlose files jetzt moniert werden!
besagtes gilt ausschließlich für das nero burning rom 6.6.0.0/6.6.0.1 modul.
generell war es seit 5.5.x so, das mvcd/xvcd u.a. als standard-vcd anstandslos gebrannt werden konnten. die enstandenen reklamationen von nero waren berechtigt und konnten mit "dateiheader reparieren" gefixt werden.
jetzt ist es nero egal und fährt die harte linie, d.h. alle vbr-mpeg1-filme sind wieder keine 'standards'! schon nervig.
das gleiche gilt in variation für mpeg2 (svcd) - manchmal weigert sich nero trotz 'dateiheader rep.' es als standard anzuerkennen ... warum? keine ahnung... dabei ist vbr-mpeg2 als standard-svcd erlaubt...

"Mit Nero-OEMs musste ich mich vor einiger Zeit eingehender beschäftigen. Hier eine kleine Erklärung.
Bei Nero 5 und 5.5 waren die OEM-Versionen klar entweder mit "Nero" oder "Nero Express" bezeichnet. Hatte man eine "Nero"-OEM, dann stand auch die volle Oberfläche, nicht nur die vereinfachte Express-Version, zur Verfügung. Außerdem gab es zu Zeiten der 5er-Version noch OEM-Versionen, die nur mit Brennern eines bestimmten Herstellers liefen und auch solche, die herstellerunabhängig waren.
Seit Nero 6 laufen alle OEM-Versionen mit allen Brennern. Trotzdem gibt es verschiedene Ausführungen. Die am weitesten verbreitete "OEM Suite 1" Enthält nur die wichtigsten Programme und die auch nur eingeschränkt. So steht vom Hauptprogramm nicht die vollständige Oberfläche, sondern nur die Express-Version zur Verfügung. ShowTime und VisionExpress liegen in der "SE"-Version vor, was im wesentlichen bedeutet: Ohne DVD-Support und ohne die Möglichkeit, eigene Filme zu erstellen. Die "OEM Suite 3" wird nur zusammen mit neueren DVD-Brennern ausgeliefert. Sie bietet wie die Retail-Version Unterstützung von DVD und enthält fast alle Programme (nur eher unwichtige wie SoundTrax nicht). Und um das Durcheinader vollkommen zu machen: Es gibt Versionen der OEM Suite 3, die das volle Nero Burning ROM enthalten und solche, die nur Nero Express bieten. Die "OEM Suite 2" wird einigen Combo-Laufwerken beigegeben. Was da der Unterschied zu den anderen OEM-Versionen ist, weiß ich im Moment nicht. Für die Retail-Version und die OEM Suite 3 gilt außerdem: Wenn es sich um die Version für den Nordamerikanischen Raum handelt, ist zusätzlich das Programm NeroMIX enthalten. Solche Versionen erkennt man daran, dass die Seriennummer mit "1A23" beginnt, nicht mit "1A20" wie bei den Versionen für den Rest der Welt.

SVCD2DVDMPG ermöglicht ihnen das schnelle Umwandeln von VCDs, SVCDs (*.BIN-Dateien) aber auch normalen MPEG-Videos in DVD-kompatible MPEG-Dateien. Als Ergebnis erhalten sie eine dem DVD-Standard entsprechende MPEG-Datei.

This plugin makes DVD2SVCD/CCE produce the same quality as a 4-5 pass VBR encoding, with only one single encoding pass (OPV). Instead of configuring number of CDs for time intervals, you simply specify a quality (Threshold Q - default 36, lower means better). The plugin decides how many CDs are needed to produce at least the specified quality.
Method: Uses ideas based on Robshot/Bach One-pass encoding support to DVD2SVCD. Estimates the closest Q that will fill the number of CD's required, using Newton-Raphson search for Q.

Das Tool DivxFix ist dazu gedacht fehlerhafte DivX und AVI Dateien zu reparieren und zu überprüfen. Sie finden DivxFix in der aktuellen Version in unserem Downloadbereich.
Als erstes einmal müssen Sie die defekte AVI Datei in das Tool laden. Dazu klicken Sie auf Add files (1) und wählen dann im neuen Fenster die Datei (en) aus die repariert bzw. überprüft werden sollen.
